Red

I started a flickr group for two-color quilts and, while all are welcome, I have to admit that the red and white ones are my favorite.

1. "Stepping Stones", 2. Red & White Candy Cane Quilt, 3. March 2008 002, 4. hop skip jump 4, 5. White and Red Star Quilt, 6. Hawaiian Quilting Detail, 7. Geometric Red and White, 8. red & white logcabin blocks, 9. Kyrill

Go figure these are my Dear Jane blocks:

I'm not sure what inspired what...I guess it's a chicken and the egg kinda thing.

I've always wanted to make a red and white quilt. It should go on my long list.

Oh, these aren't my quilts (just the blocks at the bottom are mine). They are from a flickr group for two color quilts.

Jen,
You are marvelous. I don't know how you do it all. I haven't had time to get back to the new flickr group to see all this great work. So wonderful! By the way, finally have my bloglines up and working. Just didn't have much time to get it done. Can't believe I waited so long...would have saved me so much time and effort! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Great idea for a flickr group- I'm going to join! I love the collection of red ones- they have always caught my eye too.
